Hamburger Patties
Hamburgers with a bit of flavour, which are way better than the sawdust patties you get at Costco. Y’know, the ones that don’t have any juice when you cook them.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Fork all the spices together with the bread crumbs.
  2. Place your hamburger in a huge bowl for mixing, and sprinkle the spice mix over it. Work the spices in thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Take the onions and put them in a chopper. You don’t want onion chunks that are too big or too small. Pulse until you have the correct texture , then add these to the mix and work it in.
  4. If the mix it too dry, add and egg, otherwise, add all the eggs here,
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, and work in thoroughly.
  6. Gather a scale, patty press, patty papers, and a helper if you can, Divide up into 150 g balls, put them in a patty press, and place between patty papers on a cookie sheet to be frozen.
  7. Once frozen, stack and pack into a bag, and pull out as needed.
Recipe Notes

These are full of flavour and good ole’ Momma’s love.  They taste like the ones you grew up with, not the sawdust served at restaurants today.
