Instructions
- Gather your ingredients, and set your beans to boiling in a large pot of water while you do the rest. Frozen, blanched beans take about 10 minutes to cook.
- Mix together the milk, soy sauce, and can of mushroom soup.
- When the beans are done, drain them, add the soup mixture to the pot, ham, 2/3 of the fried onions, and mix together.
- Place this in a large casserole dish, level it out, and cover to bake at 350 for 25 minutes. This brings it all to heat.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle the remainder of the onions over top, and return to oven for another 5-8 minutes.
- Remove, and serve.
Recipe Notes
Be sure to check that your beans are done before mixing everything together, as baking for 35 minutes won't finish cooking them. This is good as a side to your main dish, or a meal on it's own, this is tasty enough that there are never leftovers.
