Carve a Turkey for a Platter

I've had to look this video up enough times to know that I'll need it time and again.

Remove the legs, wings, and then breasts.
Place the carcas aside for soup later.

Separate the thigh from the leg and remove the bone by flipping it over and cutting it out.
Slice and place on the platter along an edge.
Place the leg beside it whole.

Do the same with the wing, it's just a smaller leg.

Be sure to have a sharp knife.
Slice the breast into 1cm thick slices and place on the platter in the center.

Garnish for pretty... with carrots, onion, rosemary.
Serve to ooohhhs and aaahhhs. ;)
