Ingredients
  • 10 oz mushrooms soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • bunch of fried onions
  • 5 cups green beans cooked
  • some amount of diced ham optional
Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients, and set your beans to boiling in a large pot of water while you do the rest. Frozen, blanched beans take about 10 minutes to cook.
  2. Mix together the milk, soy sauce, and can of mushroom soup.
  3. When the beans are done, drain them, add the soup mixture to the pot, ham, 2/3 of the fried onions, and mix together.
  4. Place this in a large casserole dish, level it out, and cover to bake at 350 for 25 minutes. This brings it all to heat.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle the remainder of the onions over top, and return to oven for another 5-8 minutes.
  6. Remove, and serve.
Recipe Notes

Be sure to check that your beans are done before mixing everything together, as baking for 35 minutes won't finish cooking them.  This is good as a side to your main dish, or a meal on it's own, this is tasty enough that there are never leftovers.
