Boquete and finally Twogunz.
It’s raining to beat the band right now, which is nice because it cools it off.
We just got back down the hill from Boquete, where we met up with Keith who has been “taking care” of my car all this long while. You notice how humid it is down here more once you have been up in the altitude of Boquete. According to Cass, it’s 41 million degrees here. She doesn’t complain about being cold anymore
My car needs a good scouring from one end to the other, a good ‘hoovering’ you might say. Just years of pine needles and dust blowing about. Some critters got into the trunk and the car, and left their calling card, but it didn’t stink like a thousand swamps, so a good cleaning and an air freshener should do wonders. A new battery as well just because a battery with a question mark on it has just got to go.
So that work awaits in the AM. Once I get her rolling, Keith will help with getting it papered again, and we can go from there. One step at a time, Panama speed.
And now a word from the other side of the couch…
Oh my gawd its friggen hot!! That’s all i got to say.
JK. Last nights sleep was interesting, Our room was situated beside the kitchen to the neighbor of the hostel. Pots and pans a knocking. Then a dog barking, and another dog… then the two of them…. eventually a third lol. Thank goodness for earplugs. I pulled one out in the middle of the night and in the morning it was ferril cats howling… Regardless, we slept untill 8:30. We changed to a nicer room… with Rooster outside our window lol This is too funny.
Mom, this is chicks for sale at the bus depot. Why not?
David, as mentioned is hot. Humid and stinkie. It was a nice break in Boquete, looking forward to going back tomorrow.
We had breakfast for 4 dollars, lunch for 5 and two yummy ice cream cones for 1.50!! Mike wants more ice cream cones but I think Pizza for dinner is in order.
I’ll end on this resentment, Mike has a cell phone and I dont!! haha
Ya, I forgot to say, 30 buks has me in a cheepie phone. Still haven’t firgured out how to turn it off, I’m sure it’ll scare the shit out of me the first time it rings, and it takes two SIM cards?? Pfffftt. stomach grumbling now… must be off.
